• The gas regulator filter has to be integrated with in the gas supply system. This is required to prevent gas pressure surges in the system and maintain the lowest possible constant gas pressure to the boiler, as well as to prevent precipitation of the boiler from common gas supply system.

• Bringing the gas boiler into operational mode requires special attention to the components of the heating system as well as the components and the internal parts of the boiler itself. Before starting the boiler for the first time it is a must to carry out a number of regulatory procedures or, saying differently - First Start. The procedure for initial start-up is performed by our experts to meet a number of conditions, which subsequently affect the operation of the boiler and ensure efficient operation of domestic hot water and heating systems.

• In order to ensure proper conditions for service gas boiler must be located in an accessible place, where, if necessary, specialist of the service center will be able to access it. The same place should be relatively protected from moisture, dust and precipitation.

• The flue of the boiler must be installed at the correct angle and taken outside the premises, observing the length parameters. In addition, air sucktion can be greatly enhanced due to the additional chimney length, due to that restrictive ring must be installed inside the chimney.

You will be able to gain free warranty service for 2 years of operation when buying a gas boiler in one of our shops. Service will cover all types of factory defects and deficiencies.

Break of the boiler operation caused by external factors will not be covered by warranty service.
